# 7 – Dream about where your business can go and then make it happen
# 8 – Re-examine your business often
# 9 – You may not be the right person for the job
# 10 – Leave the emotion out of your business (most of the time)
# 11 – Reward the right actions by your employees
# 12 – Be aware of your entire business
# 13 – Not every person who enters your store is a customer
# 14 – The right people never want to work with the wrong people
# 15 – Being right all the time is not always the best plan
